Welcome to this section and it is our first post in this segment we hope you find this piece of information useful and profitable.

Several businesses started 5years ago are no longer thriving due to numerous reasons however, my Job is to give you certain tested and trusted tips for developing your business from grass to grace.

The tips listed below are researched work and we strongly believe if these tips are properly administered you will definitely contact us and do business with us.

There are 7 angles from which you can develop your business from namely;

1. Angle of Human Resources: There is something called OQP (Only Quality People), if you want to be successful doing what you call your business and love passionately, then you need to recruit people who are exceptional, people who believe in your vision, people who love what they do, people who work not for the benefits nor money but because they just find joy in what they do. Only Quality People. People who are qualified in certificate and skills. People who have dreams and whose dreams does not negate us. However, the human resource is the must VALUABLE assets of your business therefore, it must be treated as such. All entitlements, benefits including salaries must be paid at the exact agreed time and date as specified in the offer/agreement letter failure to keep to this rule can be detrimental to the success of your business.

2. Angle of Social Media: A research done by eMARKETER 2013 based in the UK stated that " 2.55 billion people of the world are currently connected to the social media and by 2017 Asia Pacific will be the largest followed by Africa. Therefore, if this number is real don't you think every business owners should do more in the area of promoting their goods and services online? we are in the information age meaning, you don't have to own a physical shop, your home can be your office and warehouse while your display room/shop should be the various social media platforms you are subscribed to. Think about 2,55billion people as prospects and grab as many as you can via social media( facebook, blog, website, instalgram,twitter etc) we live in a world with endless possibilities for everyone who can imagine it. 

3. Angle of Resource Control: The level of resource control strategy you adapt to your business, we determine the level of productivity you derive from the business. Also remember, your level of profitability is connected to how well you maximize your resource. If you want to run a successful business that will last beyond 5years then you need to master this angle of your business.

4. Angle of Public Relations (PR): In business Image is everything that is why you have to be a man of integrity, people do not invest in your business but in your integrity. Who are you in the society? and how do people perceive you? It is the dream of every Venture/limited liability company to grow to PLC. To be listed in the stock market and earn as many investors as possible. One more thing, let the quality of your products and services offer speak.
